Jobe Keely was a human male crewman of Outbound Flight in 27 BBY. Among his onboard technician friends were Chas Uliar and Brace Tarkosa.[1]
Keely later represented the Survivors on the Managing Council in the Redoubt, where Outbound Flight crash-landed. He was also among those who were evacuated by the Chiss to the Empire of the Hand.[2]
