Kaysil Verwood was the Refugee Relief Movement spokesbeing during the Clone Wars.
Biography
A female Zabrak from Iridonia, she was an advocate for the rights of non-Humans and was married to a Human husband. For both these reasons, she realized she would be targeted by Galactic Emperor Palpatine. Following the dissolution of the Imperial Senate, she and her sister, Elibet Dav, joined the Rebel Alliance, working to find new homes for former slaves liberated from the Galactic Empire.
Following the Battle of Endor, Iridonia and the Zabrak colony worlds united for the first time and sent a single representative—Kaysil Verwood—to represent them at a Galactic caucus to form the New Republic.
