The Tholothian female Jedi youngling Katooni lived in a room at the Jedi Order's[1] Jedi Temple on the Core Worlds planet Coruscant[2] during the Republic Era. Katooni greatly admired the Togruta Jedi Padawan Ahsoka Tano and[1] by 20 BBY,[3] had drawn three posters of Tano and her signature pair of lightsabers for[1] her[4] room.[1]
After rescuing Tano on[1] the Outer Rim planet[4] Florrum in 20 BBY,[5] the Tholothian recounted her experiences leading up to the rescue and a battle with the Separatists that took place afterward. When the youngling first noted Tano's involvement in the events, she recalled the poster she had drawn a poster of the Padawan for her room, before admitting it had actually been three posters.[1]
Behind the scenes
Katooni's room was mentioned in "Almost a Jedi," a short story written by Sarah Beth Durst and published in the 2020 anthology The Clone Wars: Stories of Light and Dark.[1]
