Kanden was an individual[1] that by 3 ABY[2] had been caught snitching on the Hutt Cartel crime syndicate and was subsequently taken out by the Hutts as a result.[1] In 3 ABY,[2] a hired gun working for the rival Crimson Dawn crime syndicate gossiped about Kanden's fate with a fellow guard patrolling the Wellspring bathhouse on the Mid Rim planet Kijimi.[1]

Kanden was mentioned in the 2024 video game Star Wars Outlaws, developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. In the game, he is mentioned during an ambient conversation that the player can overhear during "The Safecracker" main quest.[1]
