Kandah was a female Ansionian who was one of the seven delegates of the Unity Council on Ansion in 22 BBY. She had a clouded brown eye and long vertical face-lines. She opposed the Galactic Republic. Her family owned estates in Korumdah. In the end, she was one of two delegates to vote against Ansion remaining in the Republic.
