Kamden was a male Twi'lek[2] Major within the Special Forces Division of the Galactic Republic. He served on Taris during the Galactic War and led some of the last Republic defenders in the battles following the Sith Empire's Invasion of Taris. He was described as a "shrewd" man by Lieutenant Trell and considered especially dangerous because of his extensive cybernetic enhancements.[1]
Behind the scenes
Major Kamden is mentioned during the Imperial "Taris: Bonus Series" quest line of the Star Wars: The Old Republic MMORPG but never appears in-game. Despite this, he is still included in the game files as an NPC in the final quest "Secret Intentions", which seems to have been cut from the game. It is these files which reveal the characters species and appearance.
While the final quest was cut from the game, it can be assumed, that the player character would have been tasked with hunting down Major Kamden after hijacking a Republic speeder.[1] Because this part of the quest line was not included in the final release of the game, Kamdens death would not be considered canon.
