The Kabalian Cross was an Imperial-class Star Destroyer that was a part of the navy of the Galactic Empire. Manufactured by Kuat Drive Yards[1] and measuring 1,600 meters in length,[2] it shared its name with the Mayagil sector planet Kabal[3] and was in service around 13 BBY.[1]
That year, when the Imperial starfighter pilot and hero Shea Hublin, Air Marshal of the Greater Seswenna region, lost a leg and a half of his arm in an ambush by anti-Imperial rebels, Hublin's wife, Eris Harro, demanded that he retire from the Imperial Starfighter Corps. Hublin subsequently took up a line command and led a squadron from the bridge of the Kabalian Cross. He then went on to earn the sobriquet "the Rebel Destroyer" and continued combating the rebels and criminals of the Seswenna sector for years.[1]

The Kabalian Cross was introduced in the 2012 reference book The Essential Guide to Warfare by Jason Fry and Paul R. Urquhart.[1]
