Judgement 12-X7 was a Hunter-Killer probot assigned to Byss Security in 10 ABY. It tried to apprehend the Millennium Falcon when it was inside the Hyperspace Marauder. After capturing the New Republic vessel, its pilots Shug Ninx and Salla Zend, a pair of smugglers working for the New Republic, took control of the droid's circuitry, reprogramming it to help them rescue Han Solo, Chewbacca, and Leia Organa Solo from an Imperial prison by firing on the section of the prison where they were being detained. However, their escape attempt was noticed by a Imperial patrol, which Shug turned Judgement 12-X7's attack systems against, causing a firefight to break out between the reprogrammed probot and the Imperial prison's defense systems. Quickly boarding the Millennium Falcon which was still within Judgement 12-X7, Shug set the probot to autofire on the Imperials allowing the New Republic agents to escape Byss just as Judement 12-X7 was destroyed by the prison's turbolasers.[1]
