Jonox Forb

Jonox Forb was the leader of a smuggler group that occupied the natural ice caves of Hoth that would later be used as the template by the Alliance Corps of Engineers to construct Echo Base. Dubbing his hidden fortress Snowflake Base, he appreciated the close proximity of the planet to Bespin, the Corellian Trade Spine, and the Hydian Way.

When General Carlist Rieekan was researching the planets caves, he discovered Forb's journals in an abandoned wampa cave.
