John Dunivant is an artist based in Detroit. He wrote and illustrated the short story "Wanderer of Worlds," which was published in Star Wars Galaxy Magazine 9. The story showcased the Eirrauc species, which Dunivant created and designed. Dunviant is best known as the founder, organizer, and lead artist of Theatre Bizarre, an immersive Halloween party held since 2000—at first illegally on vacant lots, then, after the city intervened, in Detroit's Masonic Lodge.[1] He cites Star Wars as a major inspiration for the festival's world-building and mythological aspects.[2]
