Joenn was a mechanic in the Rebel Alliance.[1] In 3 ABY,[2] she served at Echo Base, the Alliance's base on the ice planet Hoth. One morning, Joenn was scheduled to report to the base's bridge at 0900, and complained to Chase Wilsorr, a kitchen worker who she did running duties with, when his interests in self-help were keeping her from sleeping at the barracks around 0400. Shortly after, her mechanical skills kept her occupied at the base hangar, causing the Wilsorr to have to fill in for her.[1]
Behind the scenes
Joenn appeared in the short story "A Good Kiss," written by C.B. Lee as a part of the 2020 short story collection From a Certain Point of View: The Empire Strikes Back.[1]
