Jinmin Tokati was an individual who lived during the last decades of the Galactic Republic. In 21 BBY, following the outbreak of a battle on the planet Kothlis between the forces of the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems, Senator Bail Organa tasked Tokati and Fli'teri with undertaking enquiries in relation to the battle for him.[1]
