Jerba cheese

Jerba cheese was a type of cheese made from the milk of the jerba species. It was used in a large number of dishes served at Dex's Diner on the planet Coruscant. These included the gartro egg omelet, "Hungry Hutt" breakfast sandwich and on fried nerf steak.
