Jen Kynlaz was an officer within the armed forces of the Galactic Empire during the Galactic Civil War. Around the time of the Battle of Yavin, Major Jen Kynlaz was concerned about acts of theft and looting being committed by scavengers in the Dantooine system.[1]

Jen Kynlaz was mentioned in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts,[1] prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.[2] The document mentioning Jen Kynlaz was added to the game with the release of the expansion pack Jump to Lightspeed on October 27, 2004.[1]
