The Jedi Temple Main House was a dining establishment located in the Jedi Temple on Coruscant in the waning years of the Galactic Republic. The establishment catered various dishes to those in the Jedi Order, one such person being Obi-Wan Kenobi, who disdained the bizarre menu the establishment offered.

History

Close to the outbreak of the Clone Wars, Obi-Wan Kenobi visited his friend Dexter Jettster for information on the origin of a Kaminoan saberdart. Prior to this event, Obi Wan rekindled his friendship with the Besalisk and began to eat at his restaurant, Dex's Diner, which served home-cooked meals, an alternative to the exotic dishes at the Jedi Temple Main House.

On the culturally-flooded world of Coruscant, restaurants often served unidentifiable and outlandish meals, with the Jedi Temple Main House being no exception. One such meal served was Vercupti of sgazza boleruueé, a dish made of insect meat among other ingredients.
