Jax Torani was a male individual who was a member of a group of nomads led by Misha Vontoba that were active on the planet Jakku. Shortly before the outbreak of the First Order-Resistance War, the nomads found the wreck of the CR90 corvette Starlight Wanderer and discovered that the Wanderer contained a datapad that held the co-ordinates of hundreds of secret Imperial military installations in the Unknown Regions. Torani was later present when the Strus clan, a criminal faction that operated on Jakku, attacked the nomads in an attempt to access the Starlight Wanderer crash site.[1]
