Jax Dumont was a Human male who served as a member of the Stardogs, a group of Republic veterans that fought against the resurgent Sith Empire during the Cold War. When his fellow veteran Phalanx was captured by the Empire on Nar Shaddaa, Jax tasked a spacer to rescue him since he carried important intel on the Hutt Cartel's dealings with the Empire.
