Biography

Jatta Kuum was a male Chagrian who worked as an agent for the Republic Strategic Information Service during the Cold War. He was stationed in the Nikto Sector on Nar Shaddaa, where he was monitoring separatist movements funded by Kata the Hutt. Kata's profits from his illegal pit fights went to the separatists on Ord Mantell and other planets.[1]

A traveling hero helped him stop Kata's pit fights - and thereby the funding of the separatists - by destroying Kata's vault, where all of the Hutt's files were held. After the vault was destroyed, Kuum told the hero that he planned to infiltrate the movements.[1]
