Jaq Orin was a male Twi'lek who was imprisoned in Camp Vigil, a Sith Empire prison in the city of Sobrik on Balmorra, in 3642 BBY. He was only in cell 665 for less than a day when the Mandalorian Akaavi Spar and a smuggler freed the prisoners and destroyed the facility.
