Jan Ors' mother was a Human Alderaanian choreographer in a premier ballet company on the planet Alderaan. She was also a key founding member in the Justice Action Network, an extremist organization that rallied against the Galactic Empire and Alderaan's post-Clone Wars pacifism, along with Jan Ors' father and Earnst Kamiel. Jan Ors' mother taught her daughter how to dance and often commented that the Force moved in mysterious ways.
