Ja'Ka Tar was a male Twi'lek living during the Eternal Empire conquest. By 3630 BBY he was wanted by the Eternal Empire for smuggling, murder, arson and treason. He was last seen in Wild Space and his wanted poster was displayed in the Overwatch.[1]
