JT-03 was one of many droids owned by Jordel Tlan, who kept him company during his retirement on Nar Shaddaa and were the only beings he could trust. Tlan's worker Netula Pahn was in charge of maintaining the droids and mentioned that JT-03's blasters were malfunctioning.[1]
