The Ivory Tooth was a sacred Ewok item that once belonged to an ancient Ewok warrior. It was a small white tooth from an unknown animal. Around 3 ABY, prior to the journey to locate and rescue the parents of the shipwrecked Humans Mace and Cindel Towani from a Gorax, the tooth was given to the Ewok Deej Warrick, in hopes that along the journey, the caravan would find two new Ewoks to join them on their journey by the village shaman, Logray. The first Ewok they found was Chukha-Trok, who gladly accepted the tooth from Deej after almost dropping a tree on the group. Mace disagreed with this choice, challenging Chukha-Trok to an axe throwing competition. Mace lost, amazing him, and convincing him to give the tooth to Chukha-Trok himself, begging him to join the caravan. Once again, Chukha-Trok accepted, taking the tooth and joining the group, adding the tooth to an animal skull worn around his neck.[1]
Chukha-Trok carried the tooth with him until his death at the hands of the Gorax.[1]
