An indenture chip was a device symbolizing one's indentured status within the city of Canto Bight. These chips flashed colors based on an indentured servants current state of activity, with one such state being a calm green for someone who was off-duty and not available for hire or requisition, and at the moment not required to follow the etiquette standards of their employers.[1]
