The Imperial implantation lab was a laboratory operated by the reconstituted Sith Empire in the Network Security District of the moon Nar Shaddaa during the Cold War between the Empire and the Galactic Republic. Located on Infotech Plaza in the district's Systech Quarter, the lab was tasked with implanting cranial explosives in prisoners of the Empire's Shadow Town complex, and thus was destroyed by Republic forces.[1]

The Imperial implantation lab appears as part of the Republic mission "Elective Surgery" on Nar Shaddaa in Star Wars: The Old Republic, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying video game released by BioWare in 2011.[1]
