An Imperial garrison was established in the heart of the city of Reles on the planet Spintir. The Galactic Empire hoped to prevent the Rebel Alliance from taking advantage of the economic divide among the citizens in Reles. A detainment center was located in the center of the garrison.[1]
Heder Brant, an Imperial officer in the Imperial Security Bureau, was stationed at the garrison on Spintir.[1]
