The Imperial Training Regiment was a organization founded by Grand Moff Odile Vaiken on Dromund Kaas. Unlike the rest of the Sith Empire, the regiment was made of non-Force-sensitives. One of their tasks was to destroy the wilderness on Dromund Kaas to pave the way for the construction of Kaas City. On the site of the Imperial Citadel, Vaiken killed a rabid terentatek.
