The Imperial Outpost 5440 was a military garrison of the Galactic Empire on the Ugnaught Surface, located between the abandoned East and South Refineries.[1] During Imperial reign, stormtroopers and skimmers were housed on the base.[2] After the Imperials were driven off from Bespin, the base was converted for housing, businesses, and a HoloNet relay.[1]
