The Imperial Bureau of Shipyards and Construction was an Imperial organization responsible for shipbuilding and construction. They once fought a legal battle with Loronar Corporation over the weapons loadout of the E-9 Explorer. The case was resolved when Loronar promised to only sell it as an armored transport.[1]
