The Ilum Talisman was a teardrop-shaped piece of stone that radiated power to nearby Force-users. The Talisman was formerly owned by the Jedi Master Val Isa. It could be worn as a necklace, and contained veins of crystal that were visible when the Talisman was held to the light.[1]
