Plot summary
Smuggler Drake Paulsen and his Wookiee partner Nikaede are hired by anthropologist Padija Anjeri for transport away from Omman and pursuing Imperials. Padija carries a crystal skull artifact greatly treasured by the Twi'leks and uses its return to secure the allegiance of an influential Twi'lek clan to the Rebel Alliance.
