Icar Orliss was a male human from Alderaan. A teacher at a university, he survived the destruction of his homeworld by the Galactic Empire. Eventually, he reunited with the rest of the Alderaanian diaspora, and went to live aboard the Alderaan Flotilla, under the rule of Regent Administrator Eglyn Valmor.[1]
