ISB high command,[2] or ISB Command,[1] was a group within the Galactic Empire's Imperial Security Bureau. Captain Hove feared that Senior Commander Alecia Beck would report him to the group if he commanded the Vehement in a way that would conflict with Beck's ideas.[2]
