Horford was a terrestrial world in the galaxy. Early in the Galactic Civil War, the Galactic Empire's Task Force 99 operated on Horford and were celebrated by the population as liberators, but years later when they returned sometime before the Battle of Endor, the population had become much more sympathetic to the Alliance to Restore the Republic and the unit was enraged to find children playing pretend as Rebel heroes, prompting them to rampage across a city in punishment.[1]
