Horan was a male Human who served as a Lieutenant in the Republic Military during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire. He was stationed aboard Carrick Station.[1] During the Revanite crisis, Horan was stationed on Yavin 4 to support the Yavin Coalition.[2]

Behind the scenes

Lieutenant Horan appears in the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic, released by BioWare in 2011, as one of many Modification Commendations Vendors on Carrick Station, though he was later relabeled as a Level 56 Modification Commendations Vendor.[1]

With the expansion Star Wars: The Old Republic: Shadow of Revan, Horan appears as a level 56 Modification Vendor on Yavin 4.[2]

With the release of Game Update 4.0 on October 20, 2015,[3] Horan now also appears on a number of worlds in the place of the original armor, weapon, and mods vendors.[1]
