A holoplaque was a device capable of displaying a still holographic image.[1] In 8 ABY,[2] Captain Keleman Ciro, commanding officer of the New Republic CR90 corvette FarStar, used a holoplaque to capture an image of the vessel's command crew just prior to the start of their mission to track down the rogue Imperial warlord Moff Kentor Sarne.[1]

The holoplaque is mentioned in the RPG adventure Omens, published in The DarkStryder Campaign by West End Games in 1995.[1]
