The Hillindor system was located within the Trailing Sectors portion of the Inner Rim.[2] The system was home to the creature known as the Hillindor game fowl.[3][4]

Behind the scenes

The Hillindor system was first mentioned in the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas, written by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry, which placed the system in grid square M-13.[2]
