The Hik'e-Matriarch was the ruler of the planet Polyneus. The word could be roughly translated to "queen" but was not exact as the Polynean word held a more complicated meaning.[1]
The Hik'e-Matriarch that ruled during the Empire's occupation of Polyneus had the authority to commit the best Sur-avka fliers from each village to serve in the rebellion until their home was free of Imperial rule.[1]
