The Highmount Slopes was the name given to the mountain range that formed the eastern edge of the Highmount Ridge on the planet Hoth. The Tromper Crags Geothermal Plant was built underneath the western side of the Slopes, and the eastern edge of the range was known as the Bold Ascent. The Sith Empire's Thesh Outpost was located underneath the eastern edge of the range, facing the Glacial Fissure to the east, and the Slopes were home to numerous wampas.[1]
