The High Court was the judiciary body on the planet Kegan. The High Court, run by Judgment Guides wearing red tunics, met in the coliseum of the Gathering Circle at the center of the city of Kegan. Although Kegan was a mostly peaceful society, the Enforcement Guides and Security Guides were willing to use force if necessary to keep peace among the Keganites.[1]
History
In 44 BBY, Qui-Gon Jinn and Adi Gallia were brought before the High Court on charges of mind control. Jinn had used a Jedi mind trick on a security guard in order to gain access to and disable the central instruction processor controlling autohoppers that monitored the citizens of Kegan. The two Jedi Masters were found guilty of the crime, and the court sentenced them to deportation from the planet.[1]
