High Colonel was a military rank held by Enric Pryde[1] by 21 ABY[2] as part of an Imperial remnant that was redeveloping. As one of the few survivors in his battlegroup, Pryde promoted himself from captain to high colonel in the aftermath of the Galactic Empire's defeat on Jakku. Over time, however, he believed that he could have aimed higher by claiming the title of moff.[1]
