HiSec Facilities Access was a roadway on the southern side of the Minimum Security Section on the planet Belsavis that led to the industrial facilities in the High Security Section's southern area. Vault K-66 was located along the roadway, and the eastern end of the road joined the Primary Thoroughfare.
