Hesken Fever

Hesken Fever was a non-fatal disease caused by bacteria that thrived in vacuum.

Alliance to Restore the Republic pilot Wes Janson contracted the disease suddenly while on a scouting mission, preventing his participation in the assault on the first Death Star. Jek Tono Porkins took his place instead, and was killed during the battle.
