The Hermit's Vigil was a type of blaster pistol available during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire. It could be stored in a tailored holster.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Hermit's Vigil was first introduced in the Cartel Market of BioWare's Star Wars Legends massively multiplayer online role-playing game, Star Wars: The Old Republic[1] as part of the Game Update 7.3, released on June 13 2023.[2] The weapon was designed by Wesley Johnson[3] and it's design was heavily inspired by[4] the BR-14 blaster[5] used by Obi-Wan Kenobi in the canon Disney+ television series Obi-Wan Kenobi.[6]
