Heethra Fansoff was an individual who served as the commissioner of the Canto Bight Police Department by the C.R.C. year 8010. As commissioner of the CBPD, Fansoff led communication efforts with the New Republic, exchanging summaries of police work, unsolved cases, and lists of suspects and allies.[1]
