Haven was a mountain village on the planet Ison. Haven was led by Lesa Benex, the woman who started Haven to be a place where people could live in peace, away from all the violence brought by the Galactic Empire. During the Imperial Era, a group of rebels who escaped Hoth after the Battle of Hoth sought refuge in the village. The group was then located by the Imperial General Sorin, who traveled to Ison and attacked the village. The rebels defeated General Sorin's forces, and kept Haven safe from the Empire.[1]
