The Hand Baton CPD-12 was a personal defense weapon manufactured by Bacnor Armaments. The rod shaped weapon emitted a stream of plasma that liquified the outer casing of the weapon's ammunition canister. The combination create a blasting beam that was capable of stopping several attackers at once.
