Halven was a Human male individual who lived during the time of the Galactic Republic. Halven was the brother of Tarzen Tagge, the owner of the Tagge Company. At Halven's suggestion, Tagge attempted to locate and mine resources, to grant TaggeCo its own supply chain.[1]
