Hael Phirce was a male Human member of the reconstituted Sith Empire's Imperial Reclamation Service and served under Captain Barden Golah while trying to find an abandoned Czerka Base on Tatooine. During an expedition to Ziost, he was at one point buried alive, yet was eventually rescued. Darth Silthar had a great affection for Phirce, and in the aftermath of Silthar's death and the incident with the Rakata technology found by Czerka, Silthar's final request saw Phirce reassigned to Korriban.
