Habbaz was a Human male who was a captain in the Imperial Military of the reconstituted Sith Empire during the Galactic War. During the invasion of Belsavis Captain Habbaz recruited Imperial forces to wipe out a group of Rattataki prisoners in the High Security Section who had begun manufacturing weapons and targeting Imperials.[1]

Captain Habbaz appears on Belsavis in the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic, where he provides Imperial players with the mission "Gearing Up."[1]
